We aim to:

1. Use durable materials (durable nylon, brass) such that they are most eco-friendly
2. Use materials that are safe for people and animals when used correctly of course ;)
3. Not discard any returned items to minimize waste.

We only work with:

1. European suppliers to limit transport emissions and therefore footprint
2. Suppliers with transparent products (material origin and production processes).

We aim to, where possible:

1. Use eco-friendly packaging materials, and therefore do not use bubble-wrap plastics
2. Use packages that fit to your mailbox, such that we do not have missed-deliveries
3. Use local delivery services with preferably electric delivery vehicles.
